A conversation with a fellow human
A small next step. For you or someone you care about.
Talk through what you want to change, what you’ve tried and what gets in the way. Together, explore one manageable next step. You don’t need a label or the perfect words to begin.
If you’re concerned about a partner or someone close to you, you can share an invitation to talk. See what the conversation involves and help them choose a time if they’d like to take part.
Progress over perfection
One difficult night should not erase 30 good days. A setback is something to understand, not something to hide.
Tell the truth. Understand what happened. Adjust something. Continue.
Relapse is information. What matters is what you do next.

What happens if I have a setback?

Can I help my partner book?
Will I be told what they discuss?
Yes, if they want the conversation. You can choose a time together. They should understand what the call involves and agree to take part. Please don’t submit their personal history or contact details without their agreement.
Helping arrange a call does not give you access to its contents. Any involvement or sharing needs to be agreed with the person attending.
What if they’re not ready?
Can I book a call for support with my partner’s behaviour?
They can decline or come back to the invitation later. You don’t have to persuade them or take responsibility for their progress.
